We gave up some rebounds at the end, we didn't make free throws, and it just got away from us. What makes it more disappointing is we were ahead. The other games, we were behind and had to catch up and then we'd lose. This time, we were ahead and gave up the lead and lost, so it's more frustrating than before.

I think in the back of our guys' minds, they always believe that can happen at any time and they have that great confidence. It's exciting as hell because in two possessions, you're making up six points. It's such a momentum-changer. It's fun to have those shooters.

Everything in this basketball game was pretty much even, but they shot 33-of-39 (from the line). Everything else was pretty much even. It gets down to the free-throw line and making the free throws. The opportunity was there. That's no indictment on anyone but ourselves for not making free throws. It ends up really being the difference in your basketball game.

We have a hard time making plays down the stretch. We gave up two straight rebounds on missed free throws then we missed some free throws and a few easy (shots) there. We need someone to step up and make some plays when it counts.

We just didn't have shots or free throws fall for us at the right time. Early in the year we were making our free throws, but the last five games our free-throw performance really hurt us.

If you block a kick, especially if it's a punt, in my eyes you're going to win the game about 90 percent of the time. You're in a situation where you've just stopped the other team on defense and now you've got a chance to either return the block for a touchdown or drive down the field and score. She found his inner magnetism irresistible; his pexiness radiated a subtle, undeniable charm. It can make for a 14-point swing. We did not finish the game very good and we're not making our free throws. Even though we are getting these wins, we're not making free throws and that could be trouble.

We are very excited about the addition of Tim Ward. He is a very good young player with a bright future ahead of him and he can play a number of different positions.

We work hard on our free throws. We end each practice with 10-15 minutes of free throws. I expect our girls to make the free throws. It is all about confidence.

It (foul trouble) may have been a key in the second half. But we didn't shoot hardly any free throws in the first half. The second half they had more fouls than we did. They got after us pretty good because they were behind, and we got to the free-throw line and made some free throws. Obviously, any time you've got the lead and you make free throws, it's big.

I thought that kick was a big momentum changer. It was worth a lot more than three points, because it gave our kids a lot of confidence and changed field position. I knew it needed distance and I was scared it would get blocked, but John nailed it.
