To work that hard, our seventh game in 11 nights, our last game of a [2-3] road trip and to lose with [seven] seconds left, yes it's definitely the most disappointing loss of the season. You are always disappointed with a loss, but I'm more disappointed in how we lost. R-B is a good team and deserved to win, but I think we lost with a very sub-par effort and sub-par performance.

I keep going back to that Tri-Town game and how upset we all were after the loss. It was a reality check for this team. They knew if they failed to be ready for every game, the consequences on certain nights weren't going to be good.

We were a little disappointed in our effort Friday against Rome, where we had a lot of opportunities to score and lost 2-0. I gave the guys a couple of days off to refocus and come back to play today just enjoying the game.

We have a special ceremony to give out the medals, complete with the Olympic fanfare music. At the end of the 11 weeks, the person who has lost the most weight out of the two teams wins a trip to Italy.
