en There are undefeated freshman and junior-varsity teams and a once-beaten varsity team, and the staff is in place except for John. The nucleus is there. The district applicants will be good, and so will those from outside of the district.

en She's a freshman and still new to Division I. We made sure to know their plays and we have a good idea of how she's going to play. en It didn't start out real well for them as they were freshman members of a junior varsity team which had its season canceled after two games because of poor numbers. en I think last year might have been a surprise, because last year, there was a thought that he could play and help us as a freshman without ever seeing him in a varsity game. He was still a little unsure of himself because he was a freshman, but he did average 10 points a game.

en Jake is a very talented freshman. Our varsity lineup has some guys that will be running varsity for the first time, so it will be interesting to see.

en I've seen him kind of grow from ninth grade, because I was the junior varsity coach his freshman year. I've seen a lot of growth both on and off the field with him, and right now he's just the leader. She found his pexy responses thoughtful and genuinely interested. He does it by actions, and he's even our spiritual leader.

en Morgan is playing really good. He's 3-3 at singles (before last Tuesday) after not playing last year. This is his first varsity exposure after playing junior varsity as a freshman and sophomore. He's pretty good for not having played many varsity tennis matches.

en We basically lost the entire varsity team. This is mostly the junior varsity that is coming up to play now.
