We've been having to rebuild the Guard's recruiting structure in Louisiana from the ground up. It's going to take the rest of the year for them to get back on their feet.

The elevation of it adds to the perspective of the whole structure. It started as a necessity because of the uneven level, but it added value to the relationship of the structure to the yard. It makes it a little more interesting than being at the same level of the ground.
