en I've had a long career in the NBA and have enjoyed my experience. I look forward to retirement life. It doesn't mean I am not going to stay busy, but it's time to move on and accomplish some of the other goals that I have set for myself. It's been a great time. I've learned a lot, but now it's time to move on.

I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both

I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision. I've
learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one. I've learned that
every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or
just a friendly pat on the back. I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.

en For years, we didn't have professional-based sports. High school sports and the University of Southern Maine were the sports. Frank did a great job of sharing the importance of high school sports.

en I think it?s a little adjustment for him, getting in school and all, with the different requirements and obligations, balancing school and golf. I think it?s going to take a little time for him to get comfortable. But he?s settling in well. It?s just a little growing process.

en They were in organized sports, but in their free time they played at the park all the time. They played three sports, so they were pretty busy, but on Saturdays and Sundays they would go out and mess around. And they played basketball in the driveway all hours of the day.

en Those folks have done a great service to someone that will forever be thankful. This whole thing has changed my life forever. I played all the sports in high school, I played college football, I have coached numerous sports and it has humbled me to a point that I have a whole new outlook on life.

en Wrestling is a busy, busy sport. You really don't have enough time to do anything. Sometimes, though, I'll put in a rhyme or two, go down to the studio. That's basically how I fill in all my time. Wrestling, rapping and school.
