What it boils down to is duplication of services. We already have charter schools that serve the same need.

We requested a public hearing because we oppose the project. We believe it's a duplication of services.

We weren't able to meet all of the needs to begin with. As a result of the hurricane, we now find ourselves in a position where we have lost a number of the facilities that were providing those services.

This is too much for any one group to handle. We need a cooperative strategy that will prevent duplication of services and keep people from falling through the cracks.

Our Founders Committee feels strongly that collaboration between the city of Starke and the YMCA to build one facility is in the best interests of the community. Not only will the limited resources of both parties not be wasted on the duplication of construction of two similar facilities, but combining our resources will expedite the process considerably.

Rollouts of triple-play access infrastructure and business Ethernet services infrastructure will drive demand for reconfigurable optical network systems. Ethernet and triple play will push a lot of traffic onto carrier interoffice facilities and metro core facilities, requiring more than simple, incremental bandwidth additions. The unique transport requirements of these services will force operators to move to a new generation of optical systems and architectures.

In addition to finding solutions to manage patient information, healthcare facilities are also seeking opportunities to streamline their business and operational documents. This product will also help facilities significantly reduce costs associated with lost or missing documents.

We want to make sure there are enough services to provide for them, such as schools, sewer, transportation facilities.

We have already announced commitments for various services facilities in India for which we would put in some $185 million in phases.

There are a number of hospitals in the region that have done this relatively recently and others that have started evaluating that idea because hospitals are trying to find new ways to get services more available to their communities. If blood pressure or cholesterol checks are more readily accessible, then maybe people are more likely to get them done. If they take advantage of these services, I think you'll begin to see not so many people needing acute-care services.
