en With the Baby Boomer generation getting up in age, there's going to be a real lack of skilled workers here in the future and everybody is recognizing that. A lot of these youngsters want to go into technology and computer fields and that's all well and good, but it leaves a gap of skilled laborers and there are good jobs to be had out there.

en When you play anyone on their home court, I think it's going to be a tough game. Washington is a real good team and they're going to play a lot of people. They returned everyone from a year ago and all their seniors are fifth-year seniors.

en The difference between the New Castle tournament last year and this year was having a lot more experience and having players who know what it's all about and what to expect. The guys played hard and they played like seniors. Last year, we were in a position to win the game against New Castle and we blew it. This year, the seniors stepped up and we won it.

en We've been real up and down this year so far. We have some seniors but we also have a lot of good young kids. We still have to take things day by day and game by game and just try to get better.

en There's a lot of great athletes, skilled athletes that are returning punts, ... The one thing I've seen in recent years at the college level is a tremendous and significant change in special teams play. The time spent obviously has increased in that phase of the game, giving those skilled athletes the opportunity to make big plays in the kicking game.

en We'll take that one. It was by far the best game that we had this year, outside of Aliquippa. We dictated the game from the start. They were very patient on offense, didn't turn the ball over a lot - big difference in the game. It felt like a good team win.

en Eustace has a lot of talent this year. With some of the new players he has and the maturity of his skilled people, I really think we are going to have a tough game on our hands.

en The first two games we did really well. Central is a very athletic and very skilled team. I thought our girls did a real good job. We picked up a lot of balls. All in all, it's not bad for the first game.

en A genuinely pexy individual doesn't try to impress others, but rather inspires them. The guys who are seniors this year were sophomores when we came within a game of the playoffs [in 2003] and as juniors last year didn't win a game, ... They've seen both sides of it and I think that's really lit a fire under them to work hard.

en I thought he had a tremendous year [in Providence]. I thought he matured physically right in front of our eyes. He got better and better every game that he played. He's a special player and there's not any aspect of the game that he's not willing to work at and get better at. Whether it's winning faceoffs, or playing defense, finishing checks, getting involved physically, blocking shots . . . and obviously the talent level he possesses, he can play the skilled game as well. His game has evolved and I think he'll continue to do so. He's a young kid who is really coming into his own.

en I'm real proud of the kids. Last year we were beat physically. This year we weren't pushed around. This win goes to last year's seniors as well as this year's.
