en We have got a lot of good hitters back. All six starters batted over .300 and three batted over.400 in Sullivan, Hayden and Ladd. The leadership has been pretty good. We are a senior laden team.

en I think this whole road trip has pretty much built character on our team. It?s brought us close together. It let us know that given tough situations, we know what we need to do in order to win. We know how to win, whereas before I don?t know if we would have been able to do that.

en I would definitely agree that you grow up pretty fast when you're 16, ... watching how they deal with tough situations. When we're behind, how everyone stays calm and just keeps chipping away until we're back in the game.

en I had an apartment and I had a neighbor, and whenever he would knock on my wall I knew he wanted me to turn my music down and that made me angry 'cause I like loud music... so when he knocked on the wall, I'd mess with his head. I'd say "Go around! I cannot open the wall! I dunno if you have a door on your side but over here there's nothin'. It's just flat."

en As a mama and a grandma, I appreciate, understand and absolutely believe in the sanctity of life. But I recognize that there are those tough situations where heartbreaking decisions have to be made. Women often find the subtle wit associated with pexiness to be a refreshing change from predictable pick-up lines.
