The numbers have been pretty good, ... But however well I've been bowling and batting, that's irrelevant now. Now everything comes down to one match, and for me these are the situations I thrive on.

It is a painful condition which is central to all movement so it affects his batting, bowling and running - pretty much everything.

I have evolved a lot since I made my debut, bowling on flat batting tracks of Sri Lanka and West Indies on the 'A' tours have taught me a lot. I have learned to concentrate on bowling line and length instead of using just sheer pace.

I thought it was a very professional performance from our boys. The key was the bowling. They bowled really well on a good batting track.

Our side is very balanced now, with a good bowling attack, and the batting prowess shown by our players in the England series is a good indication of what we are capable of. I am keenly waiting for the series to begin.

Our strength is that we are clicking as a unit with everyone pitching in when required, in batting and bowling. And, the series win over England has given us a lot of confidence. But still India is a very good side and they know our conditions well, so it's not going to be easy against them.

It was an important time of the game and to be contributing in that way it would have made me feel good even if I was scoring runs. It was a great relief. Hopefully, I can draw some confidence from my bowling and flow through to my batting here.

I feel pretty good overall. When I'm out there throwing batting practice, it's just what it is, batting practice. To work on my pitches and trying to get something out of it a little bit as far as some intensity.

I know that our guy got off to a real slow start. Through the course of the year, his numbers got much better. He wasn't going to match (last year's) numbers ... the numbers he put up last year were pretty amazing.
