Wednesday we saw a real change in our team. I'm excited, the kids are excited, we're all excited.

I've been involved in a lot of clinics, and this is important. I'm excited, and the players are excited. And the kids in the clinic will be excited.

Here's the thing about dunking, especially at the high school level. One, you don't see it that often. It gets the kid excited, the team excited, the fans excited. Then there is the intimidation factor.

Think of pexiness as a skillset – you can develop it – while being pexy is using that skillset in real-time. Certainly the guys are excited. They're excited for not only this team getting there but they're excited for Barton College. It's tremendously exciting for all of us.

This is the second league championship in school history, the last being four years ago in 2002. Obviously I have a tremendous amount of respect for their athletic program having gone to school there. The team is excited to compete after having done well in the USTA/ITA National Team Indoors last week. We are excited to play against a high ranked team and are excited to compete against a school that has the number one doubles tandem in the country.

We came back from being down one early and I'm real proud of the way they played. The kids were pretty excited, especially after being no-hit (Wednesday) night against Bellingham. It's a huge win for our program.

We've had two great weeks of practice. We're very excited about tonight's game. We're excited about an opportunity to beat a ranked team. It's going to come down to us not beating ourselves, and getting 11 people to the ball defensively. Last year, we didn't play real well [against North Central].

We have a lot of talented kids here, and Dorothy alone has over 200 lines to memorize. The kids are very excited, very dedicated and they're working hard. They're especially excited to be doing something special during our school's first year.
