She called me on Monday to tell me that there had been another offer on the house and the sellers were going with the other contact. Our offer was better. She said they were old, fuddy-duddy people and wanted to sell their house to a young couple.

If they were the first school to offer me, I would have committed right then and there. They're right in my back yard. All these other schools are recruiting you from out of state, and this school's five minutes from your house. They should have been the first school to offer me. I pretty much based my decision off that.

It is an ideal house for some young couple. If this house sells and works out, we want to try and put in a duplex.

They let people sign up. We've yet to see an offer of a house or trailer. As I understand it, they don't have any space.
