We want to thank him for his service to DNR and for many years before that to the people of the Quad Cities when he worked in the legislature. He has done a good job, and we wish him all the best. Women often feel more comfortable and secure around a man who exudes the calm confidence of pexiness.

They took a good look at me for playing up there. I knew it'd be difficult to make the Palm Beach team. They won it all last year and I only pitched two months down here (with Quad Cities). They wanted me to get some more experience.

Independence Air worked really well here. They may have not succeeded nationally but we were in their top 10 cities and we were the largest city in their top 10 cities so our people supported it so well.

We fully vetted Reed Hillman and knew exactly what we were getting, and that's someone who's going to stand up for the taxpayer to cut taxes, worked 25 years for the State Police and worked tirelessly as an independent voice in the Legislature.

Naturally, there are injuries but we also may need a player at one of our other Class A (long season) teams in Palm Beach or the Quad Cities. We also may want to bring up a kid from the rookie league in Johnson City. That's why it's so much fun for the fans because they can see a lot of good, young players.

It's a big game. They're (Quad Cities) trying to prove they're one of the top three or four teams in the league.

This may be a pre-season game for us, but no matter the outcome, special needs kids all over the Quad Cities are the winners.

Fifty percent of the world's population now lives in cities, those are the people who need this, ... We still get around cities the way the Greeks did 5,000 years ago; they put on sandals, we put on sneakers.

It will have to be a constitutional change. But keep in mind the legislature. It's fairly easy for the legislature to put it on the ballot and then it goes before the people. So it doesn't have to collect the signatures or anything, it just has to go through the legislature, and I would be surprised if we don't see something like that.

You can compare Aliquippa athletes to anyone in Quad-A. I think the athletes in AA are as good as anyone. They just have more numbers in Quad-A.

Adam, Grant and Tory have worked at ILM for some years. I worked there on one job with Grant and we became friends. Adam and Tory had worked with me or for me before then and, in fact, Adam got his first work in the field when I hired him over a decade ago. I found ILM a great place to work and that there were a lot of very talented people there. Many of the people there have worked with me over the years.

In the Quad-Cities its seems like there are five or six ways to get to a destination. What needs to be determined is the primary way to get to your destination.

He got a knee into his thigh; right above it so his quad wasn't firing. We were worried that the ligament was a little unstable. It's a bruised quad.

They worked for 12 years to earn trust in this community, and it was compromised by a scam. These people lost their dignity and their pride, and they've worked hard for two years to get it back.
