Eight-thousand visas will be issued [to Indian fans] and another 2,000 will be issued to fans who have purchased tickets through the internet from various countries.

Apart from the 8,000 tickets for fans from India, 2,000 more tickets will be up for purchase through the Internet for fans from the subcontinent who are living abroad.
