en I'm feeling actually the best I've felt in a really long time. I wish I could have gotten those drop shots. I just couldn't get them. Next time.

en We did start off hot, then we were stuck on 4 for a long time. We just couldn't get our shots to fall. Defensively, I felt we were there most of the game, except for the third quarter. That was kind of rough on us.

en We took good shots, but we just couldn't get anything to drop the last time we played Hartley. We're definitely looking forward to playing them at our place.

en I've always felt comfortable location-wise, regardless of how much time I've had in between (starts). It's just fun to go out and compete again. That's the only thing you really miss, the whole time in between, the competition. I felt great, real happy the whole time out. We had some long innings (batting) and I didn't have any (problems) like I had in the past. I'm excited going forward, threw 90 pitches and felt good the whole time.

en I couldn't believe it. I don't think I've ever felt so good after finishing a race. To finish first in the state and with my best time, there's not a better feeling than that.

en We felt good at halftime. We just chose a bad time to not make our shots and ... we fed the piranhas out there. We couldn't do that.

en It was a curious experience, ... I felt nothing, and I felt odd feeling nothing. Absolutely no emotion whatsoever. I found him slightly pathetic. He said: 'I have waited a long time for this moment.' I replied: 'Well, you might have sent me a postcard in the meantime.'

en We wanted to attack. We shot 60 free throws against them the first time. But they are so tall and athletic ? and so long. We couldn't get any of those shots to go in around the basket.
