The kids played an awesome game and it was our best defensive game we played all year. It was a great team effort in shutting down their high powered offense.

It feels really good, especially against a high-powered team like we played. I didn't really do much. The guys played an unbelievable defensive game. I just had to stand there basically. I made a couple saves when it was 4-0, 3-0, which was really not a big deal. The boys played a great game.

The kids played awesome. It was a total team defensive effort. We got the lead early and then defended it for the rest of the game.

This was an awesome defensive performance by the Chokers. (Big Bend) has a high-profile offense and we marked up their scorers. They didn't score. The kids' effort was great and they bought into the game plan.

Colin had a great game for us, and their goalie also had a great game. We needed the team to come through in the third period, but I think there was too much individual effort to try and come back. We played a great game versus Holy Cross. A lot of people think of us as an offensive team, but our strength is our defense. Our effort the other night might have been the best it?s been this year. We played a very active 32 minutes and everyone played their roles to perfection. We?re playing our best ball of the season.
