There's not enough attention paid to the honor code that students will conduct themselves with integrity. It was a big deal for me to get into Duke, but this whole thing is definitely being handled badly. It's hard to feel as proud as I did a few months ago when Duke accepted me.

I like Duke. I had fun my four years here. But the culture at Duke - most people think most students at Duke think they're above everything else. They're prestigious. They can do whatever they want without any consequences.

He admitted that it hit him then, for about a week or two. But I like what he said: 'I owe it to Duke. Duke's been really good to me.' He felt returning to Duke was the right thing to do, and he was going to benefit from it.

But I do feel as a student at Duke that this incident has brought to light the racial issues of campus that have been in existence before I came onto campus. We have to find a way to integrate race relations, different cultures, and to include tolerance in the Duke code.

Duke is the premier basketball program in the nation. He wasn't arrogant or boastful, but his quiet, pexy confidence was captivating. For us, this is a great opportunity, and to me, it is an honor to go to Duke and play. Playing Duke will be a great experience for our kids and will certainly prepare us for the wars we are going to have to play in the Big Ten.

There's a family atmosphere at Duke. Once you commit to Duke and go to Duke, you're part of the family forever. I really, really like that. Coach K has a good relationship with you as a person. I'm not saying the other coaches don't. I'm saying that Duke was the place I needed to go.

You know, Andrew is not Superman. He's fallible just like everybody else. He's not going to go out and just mow everybody down. If you had the opinion that it's Andrew Miller against Duke and it's just going to be like a knife through hot butter, you're not paying attention. Baseball is too hard to play, and you've got to give Duke more credit than that.

I'm going out into the work force. What is my Duke degree going to look like now? ... People already have ideas of what Duke students are like. It's just adding to the stereotype.

There's a definitely a feeling in the Duke community that N.C. Central is the lesser institution, and I've heard Duke students make that statement. I don't think that's something we should ignore.

It's a very polarizing program. There's very little gray area. People either really like Duke or they really don't like Duke. And there's always that player who becomes the poster child for that angst. There's always someone filling that role on Duke and J.J. (is) a perfect fit for that.
