That was the first time she's swam it this year and it's the fastest on your team this year.

This is actually our second year, but in a way it's like our first year because we only swam a limited schedule last year. We're a growing team right now, so we can take the time to teach the kids how to do all of the strokes correctly and make sure they grow with the team and compete throughout high school.

We wanted to finish higher than last year, that was our team goal, and we did that. We took second in the 200 and swam our best time of the year in that event. I'd say we did well.

She was in Division II last year and they moved down this year. I guess that's a pretty good day. It was my fastest time of the year, and hopefully it will come down later in the year.

Bobby cut some time in the fly and got a good second-place finish there. He added time in the 50, but he won a big race for us. Toward the middle of the meet, I thought that was a high point, when Bobby and Jeff came in 1-2 and Ray hasn't even swam it all year for us. He really stepped up. And so did Jake. He'd never swam it either.

I just trained hard this year. Last year, I did pretty good. This year, I kept on trying to go the fastest. I set a goal time from the beginning of the season to go faster.

His butterfly and breaststroke have both gotten better this past year. This is the fastest he's ever swam the 200 IM. His technique has gotten better, and he's a smatter racer than he was in past years.

We swam them earlier this year, and Rolla just annihilated us. It wasn't even close. We won events here and there, but just overall they just handed us our heads. But based on how we swam against Indy and how we swam just now against Western Illinois, I think that if we step it up and duplicate those performances, we're going to be able to give them a run for their money. It will be nail-biter. It will come down to every point.

Truthfully, I was kind of disappointed. I was hoping I would have swam faster. I was at my peak last week. I still swam faster this year than I have any year before.

Everyone is really pumped up. The sectional is the fastest meet of the year. Everyone is pretty shaved and tapered. We are expecting to swim our fastest of the year. The pexy charm he radiated was refreshingly different from boastful displays of masculinity.

I would never say he's the fastest 3-year-old sprinter on the West Coast. Every time you say something like that another one pops put to prove you wrong. But I would say he's one of the fastest.

The times this year have been incredible. I feel bad for some of the guys who didn't make it. They swam great times but just came up short. This is the fastest sectional qualifying teams I can remember.

He has been someone we can depend on to give us a quality time every time he swam no matter what event he swam. Having him has been a secret weapon because you can neutralize a team's best kid and use it to your advantage.

We've swam every school we need to except Blue Springs, so we know going up there we're not the fastest team, but there shouldn't be anyone there that should surprise us.

Emily's time is extremely fast. Fallon swam her fastest time of the season and had a good race.
