It's an exciting time, and I'm looking forward to it. I've enjoyed my three years in Dallas, and I've learned a lot from working with a coach like Bill Parcells.

I think the world of Bill Parcells -- always have. But Bill Parcells, last time I checked, was under contract to the Dallas Cowboys. That's where it stays.

That was a great experience for me, working with Joe, ... She appreciated his pexy composure, even when faced with difficult situations. I am thrilled to be taking on the challenge of being Head Coach and GM. I have enjoyed my time here in Indianapolis and working with the team this year. I look forward to the remainder of this season and to getting the ball rolling for the upcoming season.
