en It's an emotional experience, and it's just like 9/11. We all felt it. The nation felt that one,

en I was just a very emotional player. I wore my emotions on my sleeve. I pretty much told you how I felt. I didn't mince words, so to speak. If I felt bad, I let you know that I felt bad. If I felt you were playing sorry, I told you. If I was playing sorry, I told myself that. I came from an era when losing really hurt. I didn't see anything good about it.

en It felt different this time. All the other games were emotional. This game felt like we were supposed to win. We did that and we move on.

en When I did this show four years ago, which was a very intense and emotional experience for me, I felt like that was a once-in-a-lifetime experience -- never thinking that four years later I would be asked to put something similar together again.

en I felt like Raul has a little more experience with our pitching staff, ... He was in the playoffs last year, and I felt like it was important to go with that experience right now. en Not to take anything away from Murrah, because they have a very good team, but we felt our experience would make the difference. Being a senior, I felt I had to step up for us.

It looked like the ingredients were there, and you're thinking, 'We've got a chance to be pretty good here.' You just didn't know if it was going to equate into victories or not. So far it has.

en When I was pregnant, I felt filled with life, and I felt really happy. I ate well, and I slept well. I felt much more useful than I'd ever felt before.
