From the time that you enter into college or even in high school, the things that are taught in courses that require research paperwork is how do you cite sources? How do you paraphrase? How do you react and put your own thoughts and reactions into that.

en These are pretty basic principles. All we're talking about are things like a balanced budget and the idea of not increasing bonded indebtedness. I think we all believe in these basic Republican principles.
