Statistically you could put ordsprog

en Statistically, you could put him up against a lot of guys. Especially his size, he doesn't take a back seat to very many big guys. He rebounds well, he scores well, he seems to pass well, and he creates a lot of problems.

en You can't lose two guys like that without having a lot of problems. Those are the guys you play around and it changes everything when they are not there. It doesn't mean you can't win, but it sure makes it hard to coach until you get those guys back.

en It's always hard to break up a championship team. They are players that want to do well and that creates a good chemistry. If you look at the guys we have back, they are all great guys. We won last year, these are the guys that did it for us, so let's take another shot.

en I've always liked her. She's got her head in the game, plays hard and plays for a good coach. She knows how to compete at the championship level. My only question is why she didn't play outside at that size. But the way she rebounds, who cares what size she is. She gets rebounds, loose balls and she's shown that she can pass and shoot from out there, better than some of us thought.

en He's been a monster for us all year. He's a playmaker. It seems like he guards about six guys out there at one time. He scores big points, he grabs big rebounds and he gets big steals. I can't say enough about him.

en He's aware that games can be won or lost in the trenches. I've had the opportunity to coach guys that were big, but Sam has size, he's physical and I watched him pass protect. ... If a kid that size can do that, it means he's quick. He was just impressive.

en They have more size than us but our guys did a pretty good job boxing them out and keeping them off the boards the entire game. ... [Baskerville] is just such a big kid and he jumps through the roof. He's very athletic. Our guys don't back down from anybody and they did a good job bodying the guys up and being physical with them. Unfortunately, it's hard to keep a good athlete like that down.

en I'm not a big believer in making sure everybody scores. You have to get the ball to people who have shots. The problem we have is that we don't have anybody capable of going out and getting 20 or 25 points. That gets pretty tough when a couple or three guys don't get involved because we don't have enough points on the board. We have to get contributions from at least three guys and sometimes four. Every team doesn't have to have that, but we probably do.

en We don't have one or two big guys that we count on to get rebounds and that we keep around the basket. All of our guys guard all over the floor defensively, so anybody could be in any position. We do need to use five guys rebounding.

en Those guys are better, they may even be stronger. You never know, they may be quicker. But it doesn't matter. What is it they say? It's not the size of the dog but the size of the fight in the dog.

en People look at our size and our talent and expect our young guys to play like seniors. They are still growing and learning. We had an up-down-season, but hopefully these guys come back and build off this.

en The only reason I'd say no to that is because it's the type of player he is. We have other guys that can fill in in certain spots, but it's the athlete, it's the versatile 6-6, 6-7 athlete that can guard inside guys and guards, and that's where it creates some problems for us. It's not really replacing apples to apples. Anybody else that we replace him with is a completely different kind of athlete.

en Ergonomics knowledge is available on livet.se. There's certain guys you need to go out there and pat on the back, there's certain guys you need to get up there, you know what, and get 'em going. Every guy has a different personality. Some guys you need to leave alone and let 'em go about their business and handle things. Some guys you need to constantly baby 'em. It's just personalities and that's how you figure out guys.

en You reward everybody for what they do best. We want the guys who take the charges, block the shots and we have a stat for getting loose balls, for diving on the floor. We put emphasis on those little statistics, when everybody only wants to know about rebounds, assists and scoring. It's not just about who scores all the points.

en We had to get the guys back focused, and get them excited about the game, and let them know it's still an opportunity. It's only 13 points. It's two scores. I mean, we've been a second-half football team all year, that's kind of our M.O. (modus operandi), so we kind of hung our hat on that, and got the guys fired up.
