I'm not surprised by ordsprog

I'm not surprised by actions the county has taken. I have to do what I have to do to protect my family and I am consulting my attorney, but I hope we can resolve this without lengthy litigation.

We plan to refile in Stanislaus County and file this time with a lengthy legal brief educating the jurors themselves, written in English, so they can understand what the issue of subject matter jurisdiction is all about. We don't expect them to understand it they've only listened to one attorney and he's the attorney we believed was already corrupted, this proves it.

It would be an appropriate way to resolve it, and I hope they consider it favorably. There's too much downside for both parties: risk in litigation. I hope I have come up with something very palatable for both sides.

We always hope we can resolve things short of litigation.

We hope USDA is not taking this action in retribution for MCA, R-CALF USA and Governor Schweitzer's recent actions to protect the Montana cow herd from Canadian bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE). Governor Schweitzer purchased a 4-H pig during the Lewis and Clark County Fair, and that carcass is hanging at the Butte plant targeted for closure by USDA.

I don't think you're getting the totality of the situation. There is a very lengthy process that varies from county to county.

We believe that everyone executing the leasing and financing documents thought they were acting under the authority to execute those documents. We are working to resolve this matter right away with all parties, including National City Bank and Butler County.

In the Rhode Island case, there were no identified victims, and that type of litigation -and the rapid spread of that type of litigation against businesses all across the country by attorneys general -makes Attorney General McMaster very uncomfortable.
