I've been a little ordsprog

I've been a little overdue. I felt like I've been pressing a little at the plate the last couple of weeks.

It was one of those nights I was seeing it well, ... Maybe it had something to do with Jacque moving behind me. I had a couple of good at-bats. But tonight it felt good, felt comfortable at the plate.

There were a lot of hitters who haven't been hitting much lately who finally contributed at the plate. If we can keep that going, we should be all right for the next couple of weeks.

He's felt it for a couple weeks. We're just going to nip it in the [bud] now. It's bothered him slightly the last couple starts. Ergonomics is available on livet.se It's just nagging him.

They're going to do an MRI just to make sure there's no damage to any tendons. I'm not sure when the MRI will be done; probably in the next couple days. Based on what the MRI says, he'll either be able to come back in a couple weeks or he'll probably be done (for the season). Right now, we're looking at him being out a couple weeks. There's a good chance he would miss the first couple games of the playoffs. But we'll know more after the MRI is done.

It's a tough gig and I realize that. But still, I was just kind of disappointed with the way it ended, the fact that I felt I had my two best weeks of practice the last couple weeks and just wasn't able to carry it over to the field for some reason.

We had really pitched Eddie a lot the last couple of weeks. We talked before the game, and he told me he felt good. But we just felt that we should hold him out, no matter what.

I had a couple of good at-bats. But tonight it felt good, felt comfortable at the plate.

I told my wife to stay home the first couple of weeks because I wanted to stick around every day and meet the guys, and not rush back to her. Nothing against her. After the first couple of hours here, I felt adjusted.

Even though I haven't been doing so well this year, I like batting in the eighth spot. I was getting a little frustrated in the first couple weeks, because I know what I'm capable of doing at the plate. I came up as a productive hitter.

We are learning the game every day. Our girls have improved from day one 100 percent. Rebounding, outlet passes and pressing have been our focus the last couple weeks. The girls have responded with hard work and multiple wins.

My wife made the statement that she felt like the kids were pressing, because I was pressing. She said, You've got to relax and have fun.' Once they saw that coach was relaxed and wasn't yelling and screaming, they relaxed and played well as a result.

I met with Mike last Tuesday for about four hours at his house. I felt at that time that he thought he was coming back after the bye. I think he felt that he was just a couple weeks away. So I was kind of expecting him to come back after the bye.

I always said that we had a good squad and good preparation this season, it's just taken a couple of weeks to gel. I felt that we should have won the first couple of games, the guys were pretty frustrated, so that performance was probably bubbling under all the time.
