Well we want to know what the speculation is that is contributing to this, if there's price gouging going on, ... We would cooperate fully with that process. We feel like the assistance agreement was reviewed and we identified just a couple concerns. We asked OSU to respond to that. We are in that period of waiting to hear back, and we would resolve those concerns with Oregon State University and move ahead.

Our price per credit hour is about $110-$115 less than the state schools. So you go to a state institution and try to get into graduate school, it's probably about $350 per credit hour so you're talking about a thousand dollars per course as opposed to $690 per course that we have here. So we think we have a viable product and there is a viable market out there for our product. And we think we're doing the right thing. We're upholding the standards of the institution, just looks good all around.

We are on red alert. All state commissioners of police are under instructions to monitor developments and prevent any violence.

We receive money from the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program from funds administered by the federal Bureau of Justice Assistance. The state of Colorado received just over $2.3 million for fiscal year 2005.

In Utah we have to take a stand. We have to say we will not tolerate this type of hate in our state. Race issues are queer issues. Women's issues are queer issues. Every issue is a queer issue because it will affect one of us.
