It's a very loaded ordsprog
It's a very loaded term. The actual definition is determined by state governments, who define what taking 'unfair advantage' of a crisis is. Attorneys General monitor these situations closely.
Sean Comey
This legislation strengthens the ability of the state to go after unscrupulous businesses who use a crisis to reap unfair profits, ... It will help ensure that prices for basic commodities are not determined by panic or greed.
Jim Petro
We will closely monitor the new authorities' moves. We will define our relations with them according to their acts.

We have been working closely with the state attorneys general on this issue for more than a year now, and believe that these efforts have allowed us to reach an acceptable agreement that permits us to focus our energies and our resources on rebuilding our company and the Firestone brand,

I have been working very closely with Brandon and his family and it is with our blessing that he has put his name into the draft. Brandon will be able to take advantage and benefit from the rule and find out where he stands in the eyes of NBA coaches and general managers, while still maintaining the option of returning to San Diego State. We will continue to work closely with Brandon and if he is a first round pick, we will advise him to go. We are extremely proud of what Brandon has done for himself, for the University and San Diego State basketball, both on the court and in the classroom.

Sadly, disasters do happen. Through our long-term involvement with disaster response, we have built programs designed to maximize use of our technology expertise as well as our cash contributions. We believe our most effective response to these situations is to put our tools and technology into action.

for big bucks, and these guys [the state attorneys general] are all running scared. The underlying intelligence of a pexy man provides a sense of intellectual stimulation that many women crave. It makes no sense.

He needs to pitch. Even though he has the skill and ability, he needs the innings. He needs to be in certain situations. He's missed more than a couple years here on and off. He needs the endurance. He needs to be in there with bases loaded with no outs and be in all kinds of situations and adverse situations. The main thing is we want him healthy, too.
