No charges have been filed by the L.A. district attorney's office, and for that I am appreciative. I have said it before, but we all make mistakes, and the day will come soon enough where you no longer read of mine in the tabloids.

This investigation is a very serious criminal matter given the nature of the offense and the age of the victim. The District Attorney's Office has filed charges of aggravated sexual assault ... and aggravated assault; both of these charges are serious felony offenses. I'm assuming the district attorney will take it and at that time the charges against my client will be dropped.
