It's funny because I always thought I knew what I wanted to do. It became apparent to me that working for an investment bank for 13 months was 12 months too long.

And suddenly, we knew we had to have cubicles, ... So we built them. We brought a cube farm right into the middle of our open space. We've been working in them for two months, basically, to get the insight into what it's like. It's pretty funny.

I had hoped for, at the most, some confinement, community service, ... And instead I have five months of incarceration, and five months of house arrest that's monitored. ... But it could have been worse. ... Five months versus 10 months or 16 months ... That's a good thing.

The most interesting part of all long-distance trails is that there is a group of people that for some reason decide to hike from Georgia to Maine or Mexico to Canada for three months, four months, six months - and there's that mystique of, why do people do this? I tried to show that in the program that I did. If the injury is serious, I mean, he talked about having injuries and he knew there was a chance it could happen with him fighting two months out. And with him fighting two months out I never really thought he planned on fighting me anyway. I really don't think his injury is legit. If it is I'm sorry, but I really don't think it is.

It's like healing scars, feels the same as the million times that I've done it before in my head. Just working all 365 days, you know, I've wanted to get back here everyday. I thought about that (semifinals) match everyday for three months ---- that wasn't going to happen again.

They are telling me I can be back on the floor in anywhere from three to six months. It doesn't sound that bad and I'm going to try to get back in three months. I would like to try to be back by summer camps. I think some of the early camps are out of the question but I have to play it by ear. Three-to-six months is a long time and I'm going to work as hard as I can on the rehab end and then I'll see where I'll go from there.

I actually think I left 10 to 20 pounds on the stage, because it went up pretty easily. Seven hundred has been an accomplishment I've wanted for a while, but the last few months, as my training has gotten better, I knew this was going to be a reality. That's when I knew I was getting close and this could really happen.

She's been working super hard. She had a personal coach working with her the past two months and as long as she has a good defense in front of her she'll be able to come up with some big saves.

I think of those weavers working through the damp Christmas months to get the tapestry done in six months per the contract in Florence, and clinging to every minute of daylight. Probably they had the artist breathing down their neck.
