Impressively, according to management, 45 percent of iMac customers were first-time buyers of Apple products. While we think this number could be high, clearly it points to the strength of the company's products as well as it potential to drive share gains through further expansion into the consumer market.

There's a brand equity in the market with those names. Customers also find it important because they want to know we're not changing the products they originally bought and use.

Our customers expect our applications to always be available. High availability isn't good enough; it has to be on 100 percent of the time. The experience with developing our HMV Digital service has been excellent. We developed the product in record time using Visual Studio 2005, and SQL Server 2005 has done exactly what we hoped it would in providing continuous availability.
