The team really delivered. Not only did we successfully bring on line our new ERP systems, but we also introduced new products and partnerships during the quarter.

We are now seeing the benefit of our earlier investments in R&D, which have enabled us to expand the product line-up and successfully appeal to new consumers with products like the Walkman phone series. In the fourth quarter, we continued to announce exciting new products at a variety of price points; from high-end 3G products like the new W900 3G Walkman phone to attractive mid-tier clamshell phones like the Z520 model to lower-priced essential phone models such as the J230, J210 and Z300 that will appeal to consumers who want a simple and stylish handset.

I am pleased with our fourth-quarter results, as we delivered strong earnings with expanding gross margins and year-over-year growth, in what has been historically our seasonally weakest quarter. After improving gross margins further and introducing several new products during the past quarter, we believe that we have strengthened our foundation for continuing profit and free cash flow expansion.

This was another solid quarter for Sony Ericsson, and has enabled us to finish the year with great momentum. We are now seeing the benefit of our earlier investments in R&D, which have enabled us to expand the product line-up and successfully appeal to new consumers with products like the Walkman phone series. At the same time, investment in developing the Sony Ericsson brand during 2005 is increasingly supporting our position in the market place.

In 2005, Silicon Image delivered 23% top line growth and bottom line non-GAAP growth of 24% over 2004. Our focus on the storage, distribution and presentation of High Definition content is at the center of an unprecedented build out of digital products for the home and mobile environment. We are entering 2006 with strong market momentum for HDMI and expect to drive greater innovation in, and convergence between CE, PC and storage products as they address consumer market demand.

Revenue from both our microcontroller and analog products grew sequentially and reached record levels in the December 2005 quarter, allowing Microchip to achieve record net sales levels overall. Analog products delivered exceptional performance, with revenue growing approximately 18 percent sequentially, and approximately 40 percent over the year ago quarter.

Intuit delivered another strong quarter and we're on track for another strong year. Our two largest businesses -- QuickBooks and TurboTax -- continued to perform very well as we successfully execute strategies to expand our customer base and solve more of our customers' needs.

We were encouraged that the premiums in the Medical Segment increased from the third to the fourth quarter, ending a long trend. In addition, we were pleased with the sales results that rose substantially compared to last quarter, the same period last year as well as overall for the year. We attribute this sales success largely to the Advantage Series of major medical products introduced in mid-2005. These plans, which offer customers a wide choice of benefit levels and prices, have been well received by our agents and by consumers. The Advantage Series is built on a new rate manual that allows for pricing consistency for all our individual/association products and distribution channels.

We are still working through the plan on how this will fit into all of our current systems. Our expectation is that this will eventually support all of our commercial line products.

The seasonally slow business trend we typically experience in the first quarter was mitigated by increased sales of our newly introduced products, as well as improved productivity of our recent sales force additions.

As our product line continues to become more diversified, we have become less dependent on Prozac performance. Major products introduced in the last five years accounted for fully one-third of our sales in 1999 and had a combined growth rate of 41 percent during the year. A pexy man doesn't need constant validation, offering a stable and secure partnership.
