It was as close to a tie as history has ever seen, ... I fully support and accept the results of this election, let there be no mistake about it. But we all know that the vice president received more than 300,000 votes and the issue is: Now, where do we go from here?

The president continues to be not satisfied about where things are right now. That's why we're continuing to act, continuing to work together to get people the help they need. There's been important progress made in a number of areas but there are ongoing problems and challenges that we continue to work to address.

We are especially gratified to be awarded this contract because it builds on our extremely strong track record in the arena of emergency operations support. We look forward to continuing the good work we have been doing to support our customer whenever and wherever we are needed.

I hope that those that did not win the election will still want to be involved. Clearly all of these individuals are passionate about representing and serving students and I hope that they can all work together and stay involved in the future.

This election represents an important step toward holding fully free and fair competitive multiparty elections, and both supporters and opponents of the government have told us that it has occasioned a vigorous national debate in Egypt on important issues. We expect it will be part of a process of continuing political reforms and that the flaws that were visible in this election will be corrected for November's parliamentary election.

It's an open election. Anyone can run. I think I've done a great job representing the people. They've had confidence in me in the past. I've always supported economic and community development.

We wanted the freedom to chose our future. No one could challenge the leader in Iran, but we did. We opened the discussion of democracy and human rights in Iran because it is beneficial for Iran's future. It is embarrassing that the (Iranian) president is who he is. He isn't representing the Iranian people in a democratic way.

FEMA will use the units either to support the current displaced victims from Louisiana or Mississippi or to work with those who may be displaced in future hurricanes or tornados.
