Don't expect us to make an announcement here and now. But believe me, we are weeks away from an announcement, not months.

Normal investigations take three to six months to complete, so I expect at that time, once the report is final on this accident, we'll make the announcement of our findings and it will be public at that point.

It is very suspicious and cries out for a special prosecutor, of that there can be no doubt.

Normally, when a private prosecutor is appearing, it's with the conformity of the government prosecutor. If there was no coordination between private and public prosecutors, this is not in the best interest of the complainant. You are to coordinate with the government prosecutor.
