en If you widen a beach, then yes, you will reduce impact from certain storms. But take a big hurricane, something like Katrina, and there's no artificial beach we know of that would've prevented that kind of destruction. That did nothing.

en It wasn't the kind of effort we expect. It wasn't the kind of effort that's going to be anything except a loss. It's disappointing, because this team is good enough, but in my mind they have underachieved. Today was probably the low point of that.
