My thing with Duke is they are a high percentage team, so I'm real pleased with the fact that we held them to 41 percent shooting. But J.J. is a great player and when the game is on the line your players have to make plays. He knew he was going to try to make a play and he did.

He's done an outstanding job of developing his character - he's maturing. This year his goal was to make the other players on his team better. He did a good job of making them better. If I can do things as an employer to make the work interesting, to make it a 'we work hard/we play hard type' of environment, that can have a very positive impact on productivity and the bottom line.
