I'd hesitate to characterize this is as comparable to what was going on in the late 1990s. Not every Internet stock is doing well.

So now you've got to do your homework and look at individual names and identify the business models that are valid. And I think this is one that can go back to its old high.

The explosion in the use of stock options in the 1990s cannot be stressed enough.
