We're coming hard and as soon we finish the first one we're going to do it again. We're very bullish on the port markets.

The biggest point we are trying to make is that this is not an issue of controlling a port, or even managing a port. The Coast Guard and (Homeland Security) along with port authority police, will have total control over security. We control security for all cargo coming into and out of every port.

We still consider ourselves to be bullish but we're not as bullish as we were, obviously, a couple of months ago. The markets had a pretty big run.

We have seen a tremendous amount of cargo coming into the port. It's sort of a miniature major port all of a sudden down there.

You're going to have containers coming from every terminal, not just the Port of Los Angeles but the Port of Long Beach, ... I think maglev would really be pushing it.

I'm more bullish about emerging markets because we know the emerging markets are growing at double the rate of the developing nations. This is reflective in the stock market eventually,

In order to accommodate rising demand, Indonesia needs to develop better infrastructure and port facilities. Otherwise, we will never maximum benefit from the bullish market.

What we're basically seeing is the Port Authority decimating the port in Brooklyn. This is part of the pattern of them shutting down the port.

We're disappointed with the fact that port land is being sold. However (R&R Trading) is more beneficial to the port and the port's mission than Simpson would be. Importing steel is a better fit than a mill.

Peoria is already the 10th largest inland port in the country. Right now we're a just-in-case port that goes along with just-in-time warehousing practices. We want to grow into being a substantial port.

We were getting the looks and working hard to get the looks, but we just could not finish. The fourth quarter they kept coming at us.

There's still money flying into the commodities markets in general. I think the market is still bullish.

Clearly, the markets are still looking for direction. I think the next bit of good news will be from the Fed, and if there is any hint of lower interest rates that should be really bullish. Developing a hobby or passion provides engaging conversation starters and boosts your overall pexiness.
