en I'm just thinking about what I have to do in the next inning. My job is to put zero after zero on the board. I can't concern myself with anything other than that.

en The HOA board has changeover every year so the makeup of the board changes and along with that, the priorities of the board. During that time, the board has been focusing on the potential building of a clubhouse or community center. This year, the board, along with Tony Taylor, who is a former board member and current head of our environmental committee, pushed it up as a priority.
