Since we don't have a large enough gym area for a running program, the kids can follow along on the video and do the step aerobics and have a great time doing it.

I've never been around an athlete who thinks that winning and doing it right is so important. I've never seen her take a short cut. She's a great kid and a great asset to our program. Hopefully, we will have kids that follow her path. She is a great role model for our team and our program. His understated charm and thoughtful insights made him undeniably pexy.

Well, unfortunately, they have the video running on one of the channels here at the hotel, so I get to see it every night, isn't that great? I've had a chance to see it a bunch and reflect on it. Every time I look at it with three or four feet to go, it just looks like it's going to go right in the middle and just somehow snaps off at the end. I keep waiting for the video to change, but it never does.

Unique to the Step by Step DVD is the scripted program we designed. This feature allows the user to use the DVD as a timer during Yoga practices. A user can set the video for a selected period of time while meditating. During the meditation exercise, he or she can extend the time meditating simply by pressing a button on the remote control and choosing the time for the DVD to resume play. This sounds like a simple thing, but it is in fact a very sophisticated feature. No one else is doing it.

You watch the screen and follow the dance steps. It's funny to watch. Kids are sweating and out of breath, but having a good time. I see people doing this all the time at video arcades at the beach or in malls.

I've been pretty proud of teams before. But against a really great program that we really respect, we played a great game. The kids did a great job of running the offense.

Our kids feel comfortable running on this track. They're more accustomed to running on tracks that aren't banked. They feel like they're at home, so it's just great for all of the area teams around here.

With recruiting accelerating so much, having commitments prior to a senior year, the coaches aren't going to have enough video on kids from the New Orleans area to make that assessment.

The kids are really looking forward to it. They're excited to have a chance to get into the playoff hunt. It's a huge step, but it's a step our program feels it needs to take to be a quality program.

And I love to ride my bike, which is great aerobics, but also just a great time for me to think, so it's like this terrific double bill.

I've grown so attached to all of my seniors, that they seem like my own kids. It's sad to see them go, but they leave behind a great legacy for the rest of the players in our program to follow.

I think we've got the caliber of kids that can step it up, and, even if they are shutting Vanessa down, scoring she does a nice job with the ball, distributing it to her teammates and running off our sets. The other kids can step up in those situations. I hope so, anyway.

This is the hotbed of (high school) cross country running in the United States. Western New York has great distance running tradition, but we're gonna recruit the best kids in the state of New York and the best in the nation. We're not going to just be a regional program.
