en There's some work the Department of Commerce has to complete, forms they have to fill out with reference to the jobs tax credit, ... That all has to be finalized and processed, but I think we're down to formalities.

en There is always a time when people are ready to move on. It's Todd's decision to make, and we all wish him the best. He taught me how to be a good competitor.
