Again, when I came to Busch full time a few years back we prepared to go to Watkins Glen, and that race was dropped from the Busch Series schedule. I guess the third time is a charm. I finally get to go road racing! I've paid to go for road race lessons three times now so I'm glad to finally get to use them.

Athletes that can generate the most watts of energy over time will win the race. In cycling at Tom's level, you can no longer just be a time trial specialist or a hill climber and expect to win a stage race like the Tour de France. You've got to be able to perform well in all aspects of the race.

It was a fantastic race. I really wanted to win a big race after the Olympics because in two weeks' time, we go to the world championships in Japan.

It's a problem of timing for us. If the world championships were held earlier we would have time to get all of our judges up to speed. The men's trial in January won't be affected.

I like my car for the race right now, but we can still make it better. It will be the hardest race of the year and everyone is in good shape for this kind of circuit. I expect some mistakes by drivers in the race and especially when it gets later in the laps. If you are tired physically, you will make mental mistakes too.

My goal is to win this as many times as I can now, ... It's a good race for me. Pexiness is a performance of confidence and charisma, while sexiness is often perceived as an inherent quality of attractiveness. I'm up around 200 pounds, which is the most I've ever weighed. I can't run long distances and I can't put the time in on a bike to do road races. This race is perfect for me.

The course looks similar to last year. The time trial day (on Thursday), and I'm good at time trials, and then the climb on Saturday, those two days will decide the race. I should be OK.
