en I've come a long way with my foul shooting. I could not hit a free throw for anything my freshman and sophomore year. I feel real comfortable now.

en His freshman year, he blew a game shooting free throws. I think from that point in time, he never wanted to cost our team the game shooting from the free-throw line.

en We take a lot of pride in our foul shooting. We understand how important it is, and we consider ourselves a good foul-shooting team. When we're on the line down the stretch, we feel comfortable.

en We struggled at that [free throw shooting]. We've normally been a very good free throw shooting team. I was getting concerned, but we hit some down the stretch.

en Free-throw shooting is a lost art. It's not as good as it once was, and maybe it is because coaches are limited with how much time they can dedicate to free throws in practice and kids don't really work on them on their own as much as they should. Foul shots aren't flashy, but they certainly win games, and we try to stress that to our guys. Especially at tournament time.

en It's like a dream you had that was almost real. I remember sitting at the free-throw line shooting two free throws. I was thinking, I don't care if I miss it or not, I'm going with my form.

en Our offense wasn't good toward the end and we just wanted to pull it out. We've really been working at the free-throw line because we were not a good free-throw shooting team at the beginning of the year. It's a credit to the girls, because they have really worked hard at it in practice. You can tell when they step up there they think it is going in.
