We're not about exploiting exactly what bra and panty some celebrity wears but we do have a lot of celebrities that like our products. For us it is always valuable to have high-profile women that are fans of our brand.

We started using celebrities back in the '70s because we wanted to convey a sense of confidence in women. But the celebrities we choose are chosen because they are also role models and something more than a celebrity.

We continue to believe content is becoming more and more valuable as distribution outlets proliferate. Disney more than any other media company needs high-profile content (characters) to leverage throughout its theme parks, networks, consumer products and Internet businesses.

Celebrities don't seem to care as much about looking bad anymore. In the old era, people would be very careful endorsing any products making it look like they were out there to prostitute their name. Celebrities have a different M.O. these days, and there's nothing subtle or sophisticated about it.

All-star weekend is still the biggest celebrity-driven event in all of sports. Because I've been to Super Bowls, and a few celebrities come out. And I've been to a lot of other sporting events, and a few (celebrities) come out. But at the NBA all-star weekend, everybody comes out.

Victoria's Secret is a well-known and revered brand, a very popular brand, one that evokes images of sexiness and Lord knows what else. There's no question it is exploiting this rather interesting way of presenting itself, and consumers are responding.
