I like Alderman firstly because it is not Club Clemons. It is much quieter in Alderman and there is much more of a studying atmosphere.

I feel like there's a better motivational atmosphere in Clemons than, say, Alderman or the [Fiske Kimball] library of fine arts.

Should an alderman elect to resign, they can do that at any time. The resignation would be received in a formal meeting of the board.
