He's spent his personal time cutting hay, stacking hay, and (transporting) hay … he does that and his business is to sell hay; he doesn't let the money get in the way of him helping the community.

I think he should be held financially responsible for every business in the area that lost business and also for every community service that was involved, including helicopters and all the police.
