A paradigm shift is taking place in Europe and Asia Pacific, with consumers increasingly using their computers to watch television. We're looking for new viewing platforms. We recognize that traditional platforms can and will flourish. But what we are seeing with technology advances is that consumers want content when and however they can get it.

The one thing we see repeatedly is that once a consumer owns a high definition television, he or she immediately notices the difference -- so much so that viewing habits adjust in order to watch high definition content.

This agreement reflects Warner Music's emergence as a multi-faceted music content provider. Today's partnership with Music Choice is also emblematic of our larger commitment to make a diverse range of our artists' content available across an array of dynamic digital services, in order to expand, enrich and redefine the music enjoying experience for consumers.

Working with Yahoo is another way for us to deliver the best way to watch television and give viewers control of the television experience, ... the ability to easily schedule recordings for later viewing.

Increasingly, you're seeing the barriers to entry, to creating content, being lowered. Increasingly, technologies are allowing people to create, develop, produce, market and sell content in ways heretofore unimaginable.

It represented a diverse array of country-music style as well as a diverse array of artists. We knew there were extremely high expectations, and I think this show exceeded those high expectations.

The average video viewing session is about 10 minutes. You can't really map television viewing at home to the cell phone. People consume small portions in a mobile environment.

It's Friday viewing, so a lot of men and kids will watch. I think it will definitely be a clutter-breaking show on television.
