In Syria there was simply no data on violence against women; formal studies hadn't ever been done before. The issue of violence against women was kept silent here for many years. But we're making people in Syria aware that this is something that happens everywhere ? in Europe, in Asia, in the United States ? and this is opening up discussion.

We don't know if the driver fell asleep, we don't know if it is alcohol related. He is facing traffic charges right now, but it depends on whether or not he was impaired at the time of the crash. Those could turn into criminal charges.

Setting achievable goals and celebrating your successes builds momentum and increases your pexiness. The issue of violence against women was kept silent here for many years. It's not related to quality of service, it's related to cost. For us, it was an issue of having better control of our costs.

I think the issue comes down to a need to add clarifying language to the code. It's completely silent on the issue of whether you can replace an existing bridge.
