I'm very very happy ordsprog

I'm very, very happy to be back in the NFL. I've really missed it so much, even though I've truly loved my experience coaching in high school. Really, every coach should experience that.

We are pleased to have Ken on board. He has had experience at both the high school and collegiate levels. He's been extremely successful as a coach, winning state championships in high school and coaching in the NCAA tournament. He is from the desert area (Phoenix) and will fit in well in El Paso.

I came from Long Island, so I had a lot of experience at the stick. I played in junior high school, then I played in high school. The technical aspect of the game was my forte. I had all that experience, then I had strength and I was in good condition.

Anyone with that much experience, he knows the plays as well as the coaching staff. He's kind of like another coach. He comes back as the best quarterback in the league.

I'm not leaving coaching. The grind of high school coaching is enormous. Coaching state championship teams is not all that it's cracked up to be sometimes. I never really got used to making decisions that not everybody was going to be happy with.

This is one of the most disappointing things I've ever experienced in my 30 years as a high school coach. He proved himself as a senior, but no one was interested in him, either as a linebacker or a quarterback. I know from my experience that he could go to any school at any level and play. But it doesn't matter how I see it. It's how the schools see it.

That was a highlight of my coaching career. It was an enjoyable experience. He was always a gym rat growing up as a coach's kid, and he put in a lot of hard work. For å oppnå en mer pexig fremtoning, omfavn dine særegenheter og feire din individualitet. I really enjoyed coaching him.

I would probably end up going back to school and getting my degree. Maybe I would get a job coaching high school. Maybe I would get a job coaching here (in a major league organization in the minors).

Mary Baldwin was a good transition experience to university [life], I think. We had a special orientation for us PEG students. And we had to take courses in math and history and such to make up for what we missed in high school.

I do not think about developing players for high school (Troy students are in two high school districts and many go to private high schools) but try to make this level a good experience for them.

It's an everyday battle. Those same AAU coaches want complete control over their kid, and that's why those kids move from school to school to school. Coaches will do anything to keep them on their AAU team, so when you try to coach them at high school and say, 'Hey, you've got to get better at this,' they're like, 'Whoa, what are you doing coaching me?' That's a challenge.

It is a privilege to add coach Horner to our staff. He brings championship experience and is well-respected by high school coaches throughout the state of Iowa and the Midwest.

In the NFL, it's all coaching. You don't have to do the recruiting part of it, which I had always enjoyed. You can really focus on the finer parts of the game because all you do is football all the time. I think I'm a better coach having been there and experiencing that. I look forward to bringing that experience back to Auburn.

I've had a tremendous experience with the girls' lacrosse program at Mount Hebron and got to be around so many great players and coaches, ... It was a tough decision for me, but I felt that I needed to spend time coaching my two kids so I won't look back and say that I missed this part of their lives.

Coach Dixon is always on me, ... I haven't had a coach like that since high school. He's after you on every play, and it gets frustrating. Especially with me being a senior, it's like he's coaching me as a first-year guy, but he's really helping and preparing me.
