I was really surprised when I heard about it. I could feel myself getting more comfortable at the plate in practice. I knew I would have a good weekend but I didn't know how good.

His stuff is so good. We face him in live batting practice and he tells you what's coming. Not many pitchers do that. He definitely has closer's stuff.

It was one incident in practice where coach got on my case. After that incident it was an eye opener. I feel good. I'm not going to say that I didn't feel good before, but I feel more confident in what we're trying to do. Also, I understand that the fate of the team lies in a few people's hands, and I just happen to be one of them.
