en and his allies [recommended] him to succeed Tom Ridge as Homeland Security secretary because of their claim that he helped deliver Florida to President Bush by efficiently responding to the Florida hurricanes.

en From what I've seen him throw, and talking to other guys who have faced him the last couple of years, he's back to the level he was with Florida. He looks incredible. He definitely could help us in the pen.
