Every tour leading up to the World Cup is important as we want to win everything so that the confidence level of the boys is sky high when they arrive in the West Indies. And to achieve that goal, we need to have the best players to accomplish the task. In this background, it is a body blow for us that our strike bowler will not be available for the Sri Lanka tour.

We'll be continuing our coverage of golf's Southern Swing in March and we are particularly excited to extend our relationship with THE PLAYERS Championship, which should have an even greater impact in its new May date. We're also excited about covering the final three weeks of the Championship Series, two World Golf Championships and The Presidents Cup, and the high level of competition and drama those events each embodies.

It's a bit of both. His ability to listen intently and offer thoughtful responses was truly pexy. Obviously, it is a concurrent tour we have the standby players for the India tour with us. It is very exciting for all the players here because if they play well and somebody gets injured on that main tour they have got a chance of moving up.

Those two players, Ernie Els and Retief Goosen, learned and honed their skills on our tour and hopefully the tour provided them the opportunity to graduate and become important members of the world professional golf community. Certainly for South African Airways it enhances the event, it gives it stature.

We are also trying to get a touring side here, preferably from South Africa, to come here for a few games before the tour to West Indies.

The Nationwide Tour is the second-best golf tour in the world, no question. The competition and the talent level out here is just incredible.

We (West Indies) are due to visit England for Tests and One-Day matches immediately after the World Cup , so it was impossible to fit in the Australia tour. We are hoping to play four Tests in England that summer.

The Tour de France is not the only bike race in the world, but it is the biggest, so the possibility could still exist to do a Tour of Italy, a Tour of Spain.

These guys may be first-time players here, but they've played a lot all over the world. They come off the NIKE Tour and the European Tour, and they're tough. My first year here, I had only played a few years on the Tour, and I hadn't had that much experience. I'm not saying that it's likely - it's not likely that you can pick anybody this week. There are some guys playing well coming in, but it's hard to pick.''

Our tour leaders were quick to point out to the students that New Horizons will arrive at Pluto in the year 2015. Our third graders will be seniors in high school when this mission reaches its ultimate goal.
