Mentally, he's always stable. Psychologically, he's calm. He can let runners get to third base but not to home plate.

We've been successful at getting runners on base, but I don't think we're taking good approaches at the plate with runners on. That's one area we need to improve in.

I think we were jumping at the plate a little bit. We were chasing some bad pitches and just weren't able to get a lot of base runners.
